Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We currently do not offer returns on our candy, subscription boxes or apparel. We will however work with you if an item arrives damaged. 

Please contact us immediately after receiving order and provide as much detail as possible. If for example a bottle of hot sauce arrives broken and damages items in your box, we will send out a replacement. If we are out of the item being replaced, we will send another item of equal value. Please just sent us photo of damaged item(s). Also note that we cannot honor replacements for items after 15 days of receiving item.

Damaged Items

  • Discontinued items or final sale items cannot be exchanged or replaced.
  • Exchanges/replacements must not show visible signs of wear or use.
  • Replacements are usually sent within 5 business days if items are in stock. 
  • We will gladly cover the cost of shipping replacements to you.
  • To request a replacement for damaged item:
    • Send email to hello@hotlollies.com or reply to your order confirmation email with details.
    • Include reason for return and attach photo(s) of damaged item.

Lost Items

  • All items are shipped with tracking data from USPS or UPS shipping services. If an items' tracking status indicates "delivered", please contact USPS or UPS and file a claim. We cannot send replacements for lost or stolen packages. 
  • If tracking status indicates package is still "in transit", there could be delays from the delivery company. We can work with you to investigate but items may still arrive and are only delayed due to inclement weather.
